Share FacebookTwitterPinterestLinkedinWhatsappTelegramEmail 608 October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. It is the month when, globally, individuals and institutions come together, in unique ways, to raise awareness on the disease. It is the month when women worldwide are encouraged on early detection strategies and educated on facts, figures, the do’s and don’ts, as well as treatment options. This October, Christie Brown is thrilled to announce an exciting partnership with the Judith- Ellen Awuah-Darko foundation, an NGO committed to supporting underprivileged breast cancer patients, on The Live Pink Campaign. At Christie Brown, we convey the spirit of Africa through clothing… Fine clothing. True to the essence of our brand, this October we celebrate and pay tribute to the resilience, strength, and the beauty of four Ghanaian women who are breast cancer survivors. Women who through many trials have demonstrated immense courage and fortitude, and today are blessed to be christened as survivors. Throughout October we feature stories of strength and hope across our social media platforms by highlighting these four phenomenal women, Mrs. Judith- Ellen Awuah- Darko, Mrs Nana Yaa Monica Oppong, Mrs Salley Abbey and Mrs Agnes Afrakomado.
