Authorities confirmed that she was one of two homicide victims that had been discovered Saturday night. The other victim was identified as Victoria “Vicki” Sims, 75. Danaya Hemphill, a friend of Salau, said, “I had a feeling that we were not going to find Toyin alive. Toyin was very passionate.
