Share FacebookTwitterPinterestLinkedinWhatsappTelegramEmail 477 Prior to the lock downs caused by the pandemic, style influencers were on fire! The culture rocking haute dresses had caught fire around the world including Africa and it was almost impossible to scroll down social media without seeing a red carpet look going viral. However, a lot of that has changed. With the lockdown in place, there aren’t many places to go to as far as evening gowns are concerned. Most ladies and style influencers have shifted from their red carpet styles to more casual looks that seem to work. Lock Down Take A Toll On Style Influencers & Events Some have even slowed down to posting almost nothing such as Nana Akua Addo who was awarded and recognized as one of Africa’s best style influencers. More style influencers can hardly ever be spotted in red carpet outfits with the exception of those outside of nations undergoing lockdowns. And even if they are spotted, it’s only in rare moments, that don’t come often. Despite that some countries aren’t executing lockdowns, there are still fears or measures put in place regarding social gatherings. Most of whom were captured on FashionGHANA.com’s instagram page. However, she seems to be fairing very well. During the days the pandemic was at its peak, we were blessed with a few casual looks from the style queen, however, she was still working the night outs and red carpet looks once in a while. It seems like in the past couple of months, Ayanda Thabethe gave up the wait and like all others, it’s not time to go casual with her influencer looks.
