It’s seems Bel Aqua has used pieces of artwork displayed at the festival to launch their new campaign advert. However, depending on what sort of contracts the organizers of Chale Wote 2015 arts festival have with their performing talents, if any, they may be able to proceed with this legally. However if they don’t they would need to consult the artists to do so, that is if Bel Aqua hasn’t done so already. Afterall, someone needs to be compensated for their talents.
