BlackNBold Fashion House Kicks Off Project Clothe The Orphans For Christmas

Project Clothe The Orphans is an initiative of BlackNBold Fashion House aimed at providing clothing items and other relief materials to the less priviledged ones in our society. On boxing day of each year, the PCTO team visits an Orphanage home to give these orphans their own memorable christmas moment and this year it was the turn of Heritage Orphanage Home in Anthony, Lagos, Nigeria.

The team did a mini campaign inviting the public to donate and bring down relief items for the orphans at Heritage homes and trust me the turn up was very impressive as people came in from different parts of lagos to donate clothing items and other relief materials. There were dance, face paintings, music, games and Santa Claus and the Orphans were so excited to receive a gift from Santa.

In a chat with Shitta Athena, one of the organisers of the Project and the CEO of FAB STYLE, she said “What inspires this project is the urge to give back to the society, after a successful year I believe its a good thing that we try in our own little way to give back, and at BlackNBold Fashion House we have decided to do our own giving back for the Orphans. We chose boxing day because its a day set aside to open boxes, we wanted these orphans to also have that feel of being special,loved and cared for”
