Firstly, the name has been officially changed to Lagos Fashion Week Nigeria. Secondly, the event is a bit different from last year’s gallery-inspired walk-through. The event is bigger – a presentation – with models, at some point, walking in-between the audience, creating a heightened level of intimacy. The Lagos Fashion Week A/W 2018/2019 presentation ran from 23rd to 25th of March 2018 at The Wings, Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island. The event saw some of Nigeria’s elite league of style enthusiasts in attendance from Stephanie Coker to Ozinna and her mother, Nkiru Anumudu. Here’s a rundown of the designers at the event.
