Top Ghanaian based comedian Shegelabobor just revealed that his success in stand up comedy and event organising has not always been his journey in life. Shegelabobor can easily be recognised amongst one of the most successful comedians in Ghana.

Despite the limitations of how lucrative the industry is, the comedian has managed to create a niche of wealth by organising his own massive yearly show that features other comedians from in and around the country. He has also found a niche in performing and unconventional events that are non comedy related. For example fashion shows.

However, when taking one fashion shows, there is a real connection between Shegelabobor and the audience as we have witnessed on a number of occasions. All of this ties back to his history in the world of fashion where this connection was born.

The comedian admitted to graduating with a degree in fashion from Accra Technical University. He also spent some of his earlier days as a fashion model. However he put all of that away to follow his passion as a comedian in the heart of Ghana, Accra.

According to Shegelabobor branded luxurious comedian, the journey hasn’t been easy, the challenges are enormous and tiring but it has been fulfilling and a sweet experience to be celebrated as one of Ghana’s finest comedians within a short period. He stated “I Ended My Career In Fashion Designing For A Life Of Comedy & Not Looking Back”.

Shege is currently preparing for the 5th Edition of his Show “LUXURIOUS COMEDY WITH SHEGELABOBOR”. He believes laughter is healthy, laughter touches the soul, it keeps trouble in proportion and laughter is loving. Remember when you laugh, others too laugh because it is contagious.
