Founded in 2009 the Wambui Mukenyi label is the brainchild of the Kenyan-born, self taught designer, Wambui Mukenyi.

Wambui Mukenyi is a fashion Label owned by Kenya born designer. It particularly stands out to us because of the statement it makes as it has a contemporary and elegant edge to it perfect for today’s modern woman that needs to standout without making too much effort.

 

The 2014 fall collection called “The Renaissance Collection” shows the designer’s love for luxurious fabric, whilst at the same time instilling her African heritage to produce timeless feminine and effortlessly stylish pieces. The collection features elegant and trendy pieces, easy fit and have the power to make an ordinary woman feel and look stylish. We also love the fact that the designer went with using “real-size” women to model the clothes.
