Refund Policy

Unfortunately we can only exchange your unwanted item(s) for the same style, in a different colour or size but not a completely different item. This is also only applicable to customers based in Ghana or presently in Ghana. You will have to request a refund and re-order the new item(s).

1- You have received your item and would like to exchange it for a different colour or size
2 – Notify us by e-mail within 5 days of delivery with subject line ‘exchange’ in the e-mail; we will acknowledge your e-mail;
3- Post the item back in its original condition and packaging with the returns form within 10 days of delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s).
4- We will process your exchange request as per the information completed on the FashionGHANA Returns Form enclosed.

If we are not notified and we do not receive the item(s) within 10 days we may not process this refund, the item will be deemed sold and not refundable.

Opening the packaging
Do not remove the tag until you have tried on the item and/or whilst trying on the item(s); in the unlikelihood you may wish to return the item(s) we will not issue a refund if the secured tag has been removed.

Cost of return
We will issue you with a return address label and return form with your delivery. You will have to pay for the return but we will not ask you to pay for the delivery of the new exchanged item(s). Subject to only one exchange transaction per order any further exchange delivery will be chargeable to you.

Please take care in choosing the correct size and colour when purchasing from our website, if you require additional information about any item(s) please contact our customer care before ordering.

Until 1st November 2013. will not accept refunds for any product unless proven the object is totally different from what is ordered. This is due to the fact does not stock items sold on the website. Items are brought to us by trusted merchants, and fully checked before hosting them online, then sent back to the manufacturers. When a customer of purchases an item, it is then bought from the merchant on our behalf before sending it to the customer. This limits us from making a full refund to our benefit.

Cancel orders
As some of our orders are processed through PayPal and Sage Pay, we cannot cancel orders/payments immediately. E-mail us immediately if you wish to cancel with the subject line ‘cancel order’. Once you have received the package please return the package to us in its original condition within 10 working days for refunds. Delivery cost will not be refunded.

Cancel design service
Cancel Designer Service Notify us by e-mail within 5 days before your booking date with subject line ‘cancellation’. We will acknowledge your e-mail and confirm your booking has been cancelled.

Quality Control
All our items are thoroughly quality checked prior to being dispatched to our customers. This includes checks to clothing, jewellery and materials.
All packages opened and returned to us will undergo our quality check before we issue any refunds, exchange or cancellations. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
