Mercedes Benz African Fashion Festival returns with an international set of designers ready to rock Ghana. The event is set to feature designers from over 10 countries as well as a list of musical performances. See schedule below and read the press release further down.

 

Global Ovations Press Release: Mercedes Benz African Fashion Festival 2017 will be hosting designers and models all over Africa and other parts of the world. The focal point of the 3-day event will be art with fashion shows exhibiting the raw talent of our designers through their collections. there will be side attractions such as pop-up shops, workshops, fashion seminars, auto shows and networking/cocktail hours.

With the overwhelming reaction and reviews of the regal edition for MBAFF 2016, it is only natural for Global Ovations Ltd to return with another instalment of the Mercedes Benz African Fashion Festival. The 2017 edition is themed; Linking the Fashion Industrial Professionals, promises to be yet another innovative and empowering event and will feature a meticulously designed runway, exhibitions, Seminars, pop-up shops by selewa and VIP parties. Global Ovations CEO Mr. Gideon Raji, disclosed in an interview about the details of their Flagship brand The Mercedes Benz African Fashion Festival 2017; The MBAFF begins with a special VIP Party. The party features celebrities, business executives and other key industrial players on the 28 th July at the Tomreik Hotel-East Legon, Designers and buyers amongst other key industrial players will be unveiled at the VIP Party.

This year’s Pop-up Market is a grand market dubbed Selewa Market, the official pop up market for the 2017 Mercedes Benz African Fashion Festival. The selewa Market is brought to you by Global Ovations in collaboration with Melon concepts .The Market will feature Over 50 handpicked vendors from Ghana and the rest of Africa stocking a wide variety of products ranging from: Traditional and urban clothing, Exquisite handmade beads, Footwear, Bags, Cosmetics, Natural skin and hair products, African themed, paintings and sculpture pieces All offered at highly discounted prices. Meet your favorite brands at Selewa Market on the Saturday and Sunday, the 29th and 30th of July at the World Trade Centre, adjacent the National Theatre,
