Healthy, long, and thick hair can sometimes seem like an unattainable dream. Especially when you are riddled with issues such hair loss and brittle hair. There are many natural ways to improve hair thickness and strength so here is a simple hair recipe that will nurse your hair back to health.
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp. Honey
Egg– is high in protein and saturated fats that deeply nourishes and moisturizes hair. It helps repair hair damage and adds a healthy shine.
Coconut oil– is a natural and well-known hair moisturizer. It helps repair hair damage, softens hair, boosts hair growth and makes hair stronger, thicker and resistant to breakage.
Honey– Honey is a natural humectant that hydrates hair and strengthens them.
Mix all ingredients in blender; apply and leave in hair for 30 to 45 min or 15 to 20 min with a shower cap; thoroughly rinse out all mixture from hair; wash with shampoo; condition and do a final rinse with cool water to close the hair cuticle to seal in the moisture.
Tip: Massage your scalp regularly to stimulate circulation for a healthy hair growth. Use your finger tips to gently massage your scalp for about 5 mins to promote hair growth.
