In 2019 it seems the barriers to black dolls have been kicked down. If you are still having these issues then you’ve been lost for the past few years. The first set of black dolls to really make headlines was the I Am Rooti Dolls. Recently Fuse ODG helped launch Nana Dolls in Ghana.




However, we coudn’t help not publish these adorable babies. They are called Africarbies, which should be changed! Too much glorification of the barbie dolls, yet in itself shows how much of an impact dolls have. Nevertheless, see the beauties below.
