The international BRICS+ Fashion Summit is set to take place in Moscow from November 28 to December 2, according to the press service of the city’s Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development. Organized under the auspices of Moscow Fashion Week, the summit aims to bring together leading professionals in the fashion industry, clothing specialists, bloggers, instructors, and emerging fashion designers from around the globe, as stated by the press service. Natalya Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, highlighted the participation of over 30 countries, representing regions such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa, and the CIS. Emphasizing the significance of the event, she noted that it would provide a boost to the domestic fashion market and strengthen ties with friendly regions. Participants are expected to engage in discussions on prospective directions for international cooperation, entrepreneurship development, the integration of modern technologies, and the preservation of cultural aspects in the fashion sphere, according to the press service. As part of the summit, designers and brands crafting unique clothing and accessories will have the opportunity to showcase their creations in a B2B showroom, presenting them to a professional audience. Applications for participation will be accepted until October 5 through the event’s official website, with the final list of participants determined by an expert panel, the press service added.
