One of our favorite #StyleGirls is back, and Moesha Buduong is slowly making her way back to social media. Here in Ghana though, Moesha is more than a style influencer, she is a social media personality, celebrity, and at some points an actress.
Moesha went into hiding last year after having a very rough spiritual encounter that almost seemed as though she was going mad. A lot of trauma was seen as the online personality tried to find herself all whilst in the midst of losing herself.
During these episodes and experiences, a lot of stories erupted as to what was behind her sporadic behavior. Some of the rumors were spread by her personal assistant and were leaked in a viral phone conversation with one of Moesha’s nemesis, Salma Mumin.
Not in these exact words, but rumor has it that allegedly according to her personal assistant, she was dating a very rich man in Nigeria who was into devil worshiping. She spotted him drinking blood and was warned not to tell anyone. Moesha apparently took the story to her colleagues and from there, her madness began.
So after almost a year of being invisible with one or two pop-ups, Moesha slowly starts regaining her presence on social media…..in a normal form. Forget the rumors, Moesha hits the Delay show to clear up the air.
There is no doubt she is sounding very sane now. In her explanation for her erratic behavior, Moesha claims God was behind most of her actions. However, Delay hit the red button when she tried to claim God made her smoke crack.
Being the professional and experienced interviewer Delay is, she easily spotted holes in Moesha’s message and called her out on it. Nevertheless, the interview gives a clear view of Moesha’s experience.
The question is can Moesha regain her popularity so swiftly? Is she coming back with controversy or a holy approach? Is she coming back with sexiness and modest fashion? Or will her previous popularity still usher her into her new celebrity presence? Social media is different now, and what triggered people back might not be as potent as before. Nevertheless, Watch the Delay Show below.
