Emmanuel Yeboah Bobbie (died 25 February 2021), also known as Bob Pixel, was a professional Ghanaian photographer and graphic designer. He created his own brand in the form of documenting events like funerals and festivals.
Emmanuel Bobbie worked with celebrities such as M.anifest, John Dumelo, Yvonne Nelson, Menaye Donkor, Jackie Appiah, and others. He was also set to participate in the 2021 International Fashion Week in Amsterdam ahead of his passing.
A Blow To The Creative Community
The sad news came as a shock to the photography community and a big disappointment to the fashion world of whom he helped build the portfolios of many Ghanaian models.
Never the less, Emmanuel Bobbie’s passing away isn’t one that should dominate his remembrance, but his life should also be recognized as a gift that impacted many. Hence why his one-week commemoration is titled ‘Celebrating A Legend’ as acknowledged on the instagram post below.
