Fashion Icon Awards Industry Night Set For May 16 At Airport View Hotel

Industry players in Ghana’s fashion industry are to gather again for the second edition of the Fashion Icon Awards on May 16, 2015, at Airport View Hotel in Accra to celebrate hard work.

 

Fashion Icon Awards aim is to celebrate, reward and motivate outstanding performers in the industry, and seven (7) outstanding fashion entrepreneurs in different categories of the industry would be recognized and awarded on the night; Fashion blog/website of the year, Fashion photographer of the year, Fashion stylist of the year, Stylish creative director of the year, Fashion communicator of the year ( online), Fashion communicator of the year (print), and Best model management/ agency of the year. Over 60 stakeholders participated in the selection processes in choosing the winners for all the seven categories and overall winners would be announced on May 16.

According to Jennifer Richlove, Event Administrator, the event promises to be more exciting and colorful than last year at both at the industry night and the Grand Finale on June 13, 2015, at Lifestyle gallery on Spintex Road, Accra. Because we have put into consideration stakeholders and the general public’s recommendations, comments, and suggestions on the maiden edition.
