Chiffon has served as a master finishing for decades for many creative designs that have set the world on fire. In fact, at some stage, it was the only classy way to reveal much whilst still being covered up.

And then late 2019 we saw the return of layered chiffon storm style influencers on social media. Although it didn’t take on a viral mass approach at any particular time, one wasn’t hard to spot every now and then.
