FashionistaGH made a follow up of the #fghlectures. There were some shortcomings in comparison to the previous lectures, such as this started fairly late (not late in comparison to the usual Ghanaian event, only late in comparison to their previous event). Also there was a slight lower turn out, but that was obviously due to the fact this seasons lecture was not free.
Despite the above, the lecture was filled with with a great amount of creatives, and the room was packed with great vibes and contributions from the crowd. And even better, good food provided by the African Regents, which I made good use of.
Raymond Smith presented the first seminar “Owning your business”, the discussion glorified entrepreneurship and focused highly on drive and motivation. Although, fairly vague it gave insights as to what should be considered when starting a business.
The second and well presented lecture was giving by Esi Asante-Antwi, which focused on “Master the Mix, Master your Market”. A very vital lecture that brought light as to how one should market their business, how one can identify their market audience by answering a few questions about the importance of their product/service, and much more.
The event was a success and well put together by the FashionistaGH team and hosted by KuokorDzani and Ob Abenser. we wish them luck on maintaining a great crowd and providing the necessary information.
