mSimps, one of Ghana’s trendiest and urbanized design brands, will be taking part in two fashion events in South Africa next week.
The two events are the Southern African International Trade Exhibition (SAITEX 2013) and Africa’s Big 7 (AB7), two back-to-back events that offer the most extensive range of international business opportunities in Africa.
The event has been scheduled for the Gallagher Convention Centre, Midrand from 30 June – 2 July 2013.
Mabel Simpson, Creative Director of mSimps, said the event offers a great business opportunity for her brand as well as opening the doors to learn from other established ones across Africa.
“The ultimate goal of mSimps is to produce quality hand-made Made-In-Ghana products and be recognised in Africa and beyond in the next 10 years whilst projecting Ghana and Africa fashion on the global map. This therefore helps in getting the brand on course”, Ms. Simpson said.
mSimps product lines includes handbags, laptop bags, iPad/tablet cases, slippers, cheque book covers, shoes, clutch purses, belts and hats. mSimps targets individuals and organisations who believe in the African dream, are fashion conscious, trendy and confident.
The company is currently making headway in its business through its outlets in Ghana as well as internationally with supplies to Nigeria, the United States of America, United Kingdom and South Africa.
SAITEX is renowned for its massive range of products on display, and visitors can expect to see anything from tools, hardware, building supplies, furniture, lighting and luxury consumer electronics products to clothing, footwear, textiles, kitchenware, home wares, cosmetics, health products, arts and crafts – in fact, thousands of different product categories.
