Ghana Look Books
A lot of aspiring models have let go of their education with the hopes of succeeding as a model or hopefully attracting men rich enough to take care of them. Yes, other factors come into play with this act such of upbringing, the economy and more.
However, Ghana’s top model is not letting this become her reality, the former and first ever Face of Accra Fashion Week, Grace Quaye is making headlines as she celebrates her birthday today on her graduation day. Grace has had many opportunities to travel but had to set them aside due to studies in University for Agriculture and Technology, and today it has all paid off.
She worked in the midst of making this happen all whilst squeezing time to model, however never sacrifising her studies for modelling. The agency will now be willing to work to ensure she gets to work abroad this year, after visa failed attempt in 2017.
Models like Grace are a big contrast to the heavy saturated set of models in Ghana that feel modelling is an alternative to education. On behalf of FashionGHANA.com, we congratulate you for paving a way and wish you a happy birthday.
