It seems no dispute is ever one-sided, and unless matters are settled in court it shall forever be ‘hearsay’ and unsubstantiated as per party. Yesterday we published damning claims made by the current winner of ‘then’ World Top Model Ghana 2021′ Valentina Nartey, in regards to her allegations concerning International Pageants Hub Limited.

“As World Top Model Ghana I Never Received My Cash Price” Winner Valentina Exposes Ins & Outs Of Organization In Long Rant

International Pageants Hub Denies All Valentina’s Claims

According to the International Pageants Hub organization, a press release was published earlier in the year disputing all of Valentina’s accusations, in some cases acknowledging them as outright lies. Valentina was faced with a rebuttal by the organization in the press release after she stated that Clement Kwame Acheampong faulted her opportunities to participate in the ‘World Top Model’ international competition. She also claimed she did not receive her 1500ghana cedis prize money and was forced to announce the receipt of a new phone for her price when she was given a used phone.

Before proceeding in quoting items of their statement, we would like to clarify that publishing Valentina’s complaints were not done at the request of Valentina Nartey, it was recently brought to our attention by an associate, and for the acknowledgment of both parties, the article was strictly posted on our own merits.

International Pageants Hub Speaks Up

The press release began with Int Pageants Hub Stating “After two weeks, we decided to Speak (the Truth)” before unleashing a 7 point reply to Valentina.

The organization denied claims they took huge monies from the parents of the contestant. According to them, ‘The money Valentina said was taken from her mother was a lie.’, apparently, they borrowed money and Valentina’s mother refused to take money back when they offered to pay it back.

As far as the cash prize and the used phone given to her, Valentina apparently rejected the awarded phone worth 800ghs (roughly $115), and instead was given an iPhone 11 worth 6500ghs, which substituted for her phone and cash prize. The press release denied claims the iPhone was used and stated they have receipts to prove it.

The Rights To World Top Model Ghana?

When it came to the issue of Valentina claiming they have lost the rights to host the ‘World Top Model’ franchise in Ghana, Int. Pageants Hub told us they haven’t, but they have only changed the name from ‘World Top Model Ghana’ to ‘Top Model Ghana’ to give the pageant a Ghanaian feel to it. Quoting their press release “We have a four-year contract with them and if they don’t want us to work together as she has claimed, they are free to release a statement backing her up either then, that our contract still holds.”

Many of Valentina’s points were rebutted in the press release outlining Valentina as a liar. Once again, all points from both ends are hearsay until proven otherwise in a court of law, if it reaches that stage. In this scenario, it seems Valentina will simply have to walk away as a dissatisfied winner whilst new girls continue to fish for her title in the now ‘Top Model Ghana’ competition.
