Janemena is popularly known as Nigeria’s twerk queen, she has dominated the twerking scene for years, and as far as we are concerned it is only right to call her Africa’s twerk queen because no one is doing it better.
She is married to a Mr Plies, of who is sometimes spotted in her video enjoying his lap dances, and she has a whopping 2.7million followers.
Janemena Is A Business Woman
Most ladies as such make most of their money by dancing to songs of artists in their initial stages. However, her popularity in numbers is also bringing in many jobs such as advertising and style influencing such as the image below.
So despite her arousing twerking antics, there is also many embedded fashion looks one can spot on Janemena’s social media platform due to advertisers on her page.
Looks By Janemena
Being a bit suaver, Janemena has also taken the opportunity to open her own Instagram online store at @janemenaglitz.
In promoting her goods, she recently took to social media to rock a black dress with a fringe belt which was definitely appealing to the eye.
Twerking In A Fringe Belt ONLY
Moments later she was spotted rocking the fringe belt with nothing but a thong underneath. It seems the twerk beast came straight out of her and then we were hit with a twerk video of her in nothing but the thong and the fringe belt.
The look was soo raunchy and ratchet it seems she has to sensor parts out.
However it did raise one question for some fashion enthusiasts. Yes it is possible to watch this and wonder if it is an appropriate outfit to be public with. But let’s not take to much of a step away from reality.
Sin Or Style?
It was only a few days ago we publish Cardi B in a haute see through YSL dress.
And yes although it covered much, it reveals just as much as Janemena in a thong and a fringe belt. Knowing the realities of today could fringe skirts be something to long forward to?

UPCOMING TOP EVENTS!
Ghana’s leading fashion event Accra Fashion Week is scheduled for 7-11 December 2022 following their 5th-year celebration last year in 2021. Accra Fashion Week is a platform for African designers that can be compared to fashion weeks across the major capitals. It aims to fill the void which sees tremendous creativity and culture across the continent with the absence of an operating fashion infrastructure.
The epic event took place at Ghana Dubai in Accra, and saw models march down the steps from the Kwame Nkrumah Monument whilst being followed by a spotlight, before circulating the central fountains. Memories of the exciting night still give chills as guests revisit the experience on youtube.
However, rest assured that 2022 is going to be even more exciting with greater performances and an upgraded designer collection. FashionGHANA.com is sure to bring you the exclusives we did on www.FashionGHANA.com/TV. All last year’s shows are available to watch on youtube. Designer’s registration is ongoing on the AccraFashionWeek.org website.
As we embark on another year of celebrating African culture, our theme for 2022 is “Afrofuturism.” This term was created to explore the developing intersection of cultural aesthetic, philosophy of science, and philosophy of history as it relates to the African Diaspora. During this year’s events, Afrochella will bring “Afrofuturism” to life through fashion, food, art and music. In 2019, the African Diaspora returned home to the continent for the “Year of Return.” This year, we will explore the endless possibilities of what “Afrofuturism” could look like in 2022 and beyond.
