Karolina Bielawska Wins Miss World 2021. The reason for witnessing Miss World 2021 in March 2022 is due to the postponing of the December event last year. Olivia Yace was the most adored contestant in the competition. However, it seems when there is no wave of black girl magic, when we are not in a year of black lives matter, selecting a black face for Miss World just isn’t the way to go. The competition witnessed 40 semi-finalists and 12 finalists of which Africa’s participation was dominated by west Africans. The four countries were Botswana, Cote d’Ivoire, Cameroon, and Guinea.
