When it comes to fashion it seems that M.anifest may have been off our radar for sometime, not because he isn’t serving modern afrocentric fabulous looks, but because it is what we are used to expecting from the lyrical genuis.
Although, in his latest hit single his style may have taken a turn. The new music video features Ghanaian singer Kelvynboy and Grammy-nominated Nigerian producer, Kel P and was Shot in Accra, Ghana. The Allison Swank-directed video opens with an axiom “when life puts me in tough situations, I don’t say why me; I say try me”, which gives credence to the theme of resilience that the song embodies.
Delivering superb verses in English, Twi (Ghanaian language), and pidgin English, M.anifest engages his listeners with clever rap lines and unparalleled cadence, while an easy-to-learn hook from rising singer Kelvynboy further brings about a banging vibe.
The musical star was seen wearing a fabulous sleeveless top with a fist holding onto scissors and a Kufi with Gold symbols on it. Just see the style fab look below.
Well if that doesn’t impress you (which it should) then the song below definitely would. Enjoy!
