It is heavily influenced by the legendary Fela Kuti as it has his sounds written all over it. But this isn’t something the Nigerian dancehall artist is hiding, through out the video a large mural of Fela sits behind him.
But cutting to the chase, the video did seem like something straight of Lagos Fashion Week. It was styled by fashion and travel editor Alexander Julian Gibbson and is definitely something beautiful for the eye of style.
