Insecurity Verses Make Up
Going out makeup less is not easy for most celebrities, some get critisized and with a judgemental world, it could pivot their whole career if not careful.
Not long ago Ghana’s Wendy Shay received a lot of back-lash when she appeared on Instagram and Facebook live with no makeup. However, it takes such brave steps from celebrities like her to come out as such as break the mould and create a society that is more welcoming to various forms of natural beauty.
Alicea Keyz Versus Makeup Industry
The beauty industry is a multi-million dollar one, so women being proud of the natural beauty is not in their financial interest. It will take a major challenge and years before many are comfortable in their own skin publicly.
In 2016 Alecia Keyz decided to push for a no-makeup campaign, but her one solo voice was no match for the multi-million dollar industry and it’s advertising for makeup.
Despite your position on makeup, one thing we can all agree on, is MzVee most likely doesn’t need it, watch the beautiful Ghanaian gem stun in the images below.
