Inspirational Ghanaian fashion icon and celebrity Victoria Michaels who recently received the highest honor at the FashionGHANA Honors & Awards 2021 continues to embark on her magnificent charitable endeavors.
Victoria Fights Against Covid-19
On Saturday 31st July 2021 the fashion icon, actress, brand ambassador, and philanthropist decided to celebrate the anniversary of Fashion Connect Africa by visiting the rural parts of Ghana and markets where very little attention is paid to health conditions and donated nose masks.
Alongside her team, Victoria Michaels distributed 10,000 nose masks at Makola, Chorkor, Accra Rawlings Park and Tema Station and drivers to mark their one-year anniversary.
Fashion Connect Africa Celebrates It’s Anniversary
Not to be confused with the anniversary of the Fashion Connect Africa show, but instead the anniversary of the FCA garments factory. The FCA Garment Factory alongside their supporters have created 450,000 masks out of which 410,000 has been distributed via their project since last year September 2020 which you can also read about here.
Fashion Connect Africa Launches Project To Provide Face Mask For Rural Communities
Mr. Kweku Ntiri who acts as the Welfare Secretary of Tema station expressed his gratitude to FCA Garment Factory after receiving the nose masks on behalf of the people of Tema Station. He shows appreciation of the FCA team considering how the act will help them stop the spread of COVID-19.
