Everyone is talking about Nuna couture’s hooded poncho. “It’s Beautiful” “It’s awkward” “It’s the New Thing” “It’s too expensive”. The truth is it’s just perfect, I’ve never worn a unisex item that did extraordinary wonders in bringing out the female in me. Stepping away from my house was like a promised miracle. An opportunity to go to everywhere in Ghana just so I could be seen in it.
So if you see me in Accra city today with a blissful smile then you didn’t need to guess, you would tell it is because of my outfit. Believe it or not I will be moving from the mall to the market to get a few things for me family, hence the lovely print tote bag. Chic is unforgivable. I was going to rock this with my shades, but that wasn’t necessary.
So long are the day when I was a young girl and I thought I would only be rocking print African fashion with a traditional style. So much has changed in the past couple of years. Now I am here with print shoes and shorts. I couldn’t find a better combo with the poncho to carry me through the lovely breeze in Ghana.
Thank you for reading, and more to come from me!
