Finally our coverage of the Faces of Exopa 2012 is out. Apologies to the organizers for the delay. The event which saw Janet Afi Adzie (female) and Roland Paul (male) leave with the title Face of Exopa, featured various artists and fashion shows, including a performance by Kwaw Kesse. Exopa, a modelling agency with a controversial history which started by Sima, has still been working on maintain it’s brand ever since his arrest in 2009, and Faces of Exopa is one project that is working towards this.

The show at hand was a finale of 2012 winners of the Face of Exopa show held every month. The audience were very interactive. We would leave you to judge the female models, however, I can say the male models were good for sure. The two winners on the night were also good and by all accounts very deserving of their title. In Africa, with the exception of the style of walk, the clothes worn and the title ‘Miss’, Pageants and model competitions are just about the same so you can expect as usual a talent segment highlighted in the video below, which was very interesting.

Overall, interesting event, fun and enjoyable event, despite the exhausting fashion show that went on for quite a bit and a few slack performers, it was a good place to be on the night. (fashion show and performers were excluded from the video above).
