The Elite Model Look contest is set to tour the country (Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban) with six castings that will take place from 4-19 October, offering aspiring models the opportunity to participate in the Elite Model Look World Final and win a contract with Da Banda Model Management.
Da Banda Model Management is responsible for taking the brand to South Africa next week. Da Banda Model Management spearheads Elite Model Look Angola and also responsible for Elite Model Look in Cape Verde. It is one of the few professional modelling agencies inside of Africa outside South Africa, with a few top models under it’s belt.

Well, the good news is that Elite Model Look, one of the world’s largest international modelling contests, is coming to South Africa next week!
However, as was the event in Cape Verde, it seems that Elite Model Look South Africa will begin on a small scale. Contestants will be selected for their photogenic qualities, personality and natural beauty, but also for their potential to correspond to current fashion trends.
The jury will choose 10 contestants to participate in the South African Final, which will take place at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg on 31 October.
Then, the winner of Elite Model Look South Africa will represent the country in the prestigious Elite Model Look World Final in China, which brings together 60 girls selected from 800 cities, who will compete to secure a three-year contract with the Elite network.
