Born on January 17, 1931, Jones became a towering figure in the world of stage and screen, earning him a place among the greats. His deep, unmistakable voice will forever be remembered for lending gravitas to countless roles, including his legendary performance as the voice of the infamous Sith Lord in *Star Wars*.

Jones’ career was glittered with accolades, picking up three Tony Awards, two Emmys, and a Grammy.
