Zinga trained at the Parsons School of Design in New York City and drew inspiration from African fabrics and the techniques utilized to create them. Culling from her African background and a contemporary vision, she delivers an ultra-feminine and delicate collection that features “Malian tie-dye techniques using dual coloring, carefully applied on delicate French Alencon lace… including a broad array of textures, enhanced by pleating on crinkled silk chiffon, sateen cotton and silk faille fabrics.” The collection is stunning and provide an array of classy pieces with a romantic touch. Spanning cocktail dresses, evening attires and wedding dresses, her collection is the perfect fit for the woman who doesn’t need to show much to be feminine and glamorous. The pieces are timeless and their boldness lies in their delicacy.
