According to the fashion magazine, the list offers an overview of 2019’s top trends as well as the looks all the stars—and their stylists—were interested in. The publication also adds that the list was compiled from more than 700 different red carpet looks from the past year. Whether it’s performers ditching their mini-skirts in favor of demure long-sleeved dresses or pastels usurping the Pantone-approved Living Coral as the statement color of the year, the results are surprising. Also on the list is Ethiopian actress Ruth Negga and Somali model Halima Aden.
