Cold weather and low humidity levels result in dry air, which then steals moisture away from the skin every second of every day. Without immediate care, dry skin can lead to cracking and bleeding, and harsh winter wind makes the problem worse. WATER: We tend to drink less water because we turn to fizzy drinks and other beverages, but don’t forget that your skin needs hydration from the inside, out. But as weather conditions change, so, too, should your skin care routine. LIPS CARE: Now for your lips during this season, an olive oil and brown sugar lip scrub every week is enough just to keep your lips looking hydrated and healthy.
