Afrik Fashion Show To Host Gilles Toures & Beatrice Arthur’s Last Collection

Last week we broke the news that Beatrice Arthur will be quitting as a designer which caught fire across other fashion blogs. What was also acknowledged in that interview was she will be exhibiting her last collection at the Afrik Fashion Show before ending her designer aspirations.

 

Well for those of you who are not aware of the Afrik Fashion Show, there are a few major fashion events that take place across the francophone world of West Africa, Afrik Fashion Show is one of them. Although the African francophone world is yet to catch up with the savvy internet world of it’s anglophone counterparts, what in turn you have is media channels flying in from various countries to capture the talents on their runway.

 
Afrik Fashion Show is in its 8th Edition and will be a historial mark as it features some of the best talents from the Ivorian country such as Gilles Toures and others, as well as from neighboring countries as well. The even is spearheaded by Isabel Anoh, Ivorian celebrity and owner of Afrik Fashion Magazine.

It’s a show not to be missed and we would advise people who are not based in Ivory Coast to keep an eye out for any online feed to witness the talents showcased.
