She made this known while addressing a number of African Undergraduate students at the Yale University in Connecticut at the weekend. Mrs Bawumia, who holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management, advised the students to always bring their knowledge and experiences to bear on society. As part of the programme, Mrs Bawumia was a panelist in a lively debate on Women and Government.
