For Haute Couture Week, Cameroonian designer Imane Ayissi decided to make art as his haute couture statement. Still working within the boundaries or wearable art, the designer collaborated with Cameroon’s popular hand paint artist Boris Nzebo.
The two created a very effective runway showcase with bold palette colors infused into an intriguing gasconade buy sophisticated set of clothes. Despite the artistic infusion, the aesthetics of Imane Ayissi designs were still heavily intact, as models strutted down the runway presenting outfits that any lady could dearly aspire to don.
