The 16 beauties represented their regions but as culture demands of every competition, 10 of the ladies were evicted along the way based on their weekly presentation and public votes. The six finalists who battled it out for the 2020 GMB crown were; Naa, Abena, Kafui, Zuzu, Talata, and Afriyie. We would like to throwback and highlight the outfits won by these ladies even though the designers’ names were not revealed in the pictures posted by TV3 Ghana. Naa from the Greater Accra Region, Ahafo Region’s Abena and Northern Region’s Zuzu was graciously and florally glam in ‘mermaid’ gowns. The designs of the colorful prints were complimented with different fabrics and shiny stones which gave the outfit a splendid outcome. Naa and Zuzu nailed the outfit but for Abena, we will say the colors of the complete outfit were too dull for her complexion. Though Talata from the Upper East and Central Regions’ Afriyie’s gown came out quite simple, the various patterns, shiny fabrics and laces used to decorate the GTP gave them an excellent touch. They both looked elegant and gorgeously slew in the outfit. Volta Region’s Kafui wore the most sophisticated outfit. She was styled in a three-pieces layered gown. That might seem a bit heavy and stressful to wear but she modeled in it very simple. Naa was crowned the winner for GMB 2020, Abena was adjudged the 1st Runner Up, Kafui 2nd Runner Up, Zuzu 3rd Runner Up, Talata 4th Runner Up and Afriyie was the 5th Runner Up respectively. https://www.instagram.com/p/CFYVc2GltG_/?igshid=dutqqh2gwwxv https://www.instagram.com/p/CFYUf-xlON9/?igshid=3h3rnh35jfje https://www.instagram.com/p/CFYTiQXlLd2/?igshid=l1rrg2gmlman https://www.instagram.com/p/CFYTc1slM0Q/?igshid=1odj6nw6xbtkz https://www.instagram.com/p/CFYTYWrlaZH/?igshid=1uxt79a4j2ekc https://www.instagram.com/p/CFYTMR1F1KV/?igshid=cwda5uoi9rkb By Antoanette Sedinam Akoto-Tenu UPCOMING PRIORITY EVENTS!
