The beautiful chocolate-skinned Gambian princess, catwalked like a swan on stage in Taormina, Italy which took place last month. She represented the Gambia for the first time ever at the Look Of The Year competition, which was covered by FashionTV and attended by many popular fashion industry icons. Jainab Ceesay alongside Rima Jarra is two great African fashion models and some of the best to date. Unfortunately, with the limitations of the fashion press and fashion photography in the Gambia, like most African countries, there are a lot of great models passing us by. Hopefully, this showcase could somewhat be a break for this Gambian beauty queen. As ECOWAS Fashion Week is already considering her presence at the ECOWAS Fashion Week 2013 event in Nigeria.
