Tiwa Savage has not been one to turn her back on style, trends, and serving up sexiness. The Nigerian singer-songwriter and performing artist relocated to London at the age of 11 for her secondary education, before embarking on her journey as a singer, so there is no doubt there would always be an eclectic mix of finesse from the ‘Somebody’s Son’ seeker.
Only a few days ago Tiwa went viral as she took to the gram to share with us her nude body top by Jean Paul Gaultier. Tiwa rocked a ‘nude art’ vest with a wrap skirt by Nigerian fashion brand Mmakamba. Upon dropping the look on her gram various celebrities raced to comment with a whooping half a million like to date.
But nude art clothes weren’t over for the week, or at least not for Nigerian stars. One of Nigeria’s current pop artists Ayra Starr also took to her social media platforms to join in the fun. Without sharing the full body look, Ayra Star was spotted rocking a long sleeve top, one again with boobs drawn on the front as seen below.
The look isn’t new, as in 2022 outfits with very basic drawings of boobs at one point were commonly spotted. It seems to simply have been enhanced by designer brands.
From 2016-2020, there was a steady decline in the number of garments that celebrities were taken to the public. It seems they slowly started to run out of clothes day by day getting nuder and nuder every minute.
Red carpets were filled with sheer, silhouettes, and in some cases pants and bras. Just when you thought there was nothing that could enhance their steady change in the further years to come nude art clothes emerge. This is one movement fashionistas should not over look.
