Fake Fashion TV? Fraud Claims & Dispute Brewing in Nigeria Over FTV Franchise

Leaked to FashionGHANA was the claims that what seemed to be the first franchiser of Fashion TV in Africa was actually a non permitted act by a name called Mr Noel Okonmah. Initially our sources reported that Mr Okonmah had had discussions and arrangements with Fashion TV but hadn’t come close the franchising the brand before publicizing his activities in Nigeria. Later we were informed that Fashion TV was actually opposed to his activities as the franchise owner and recently sent him the following statement under the title ‘Trademark Infringement…..

The email was sent by a staff member of Fashion TV, was sent yesterday on the 15th of January.
