The Ghana constitution provides for the protection of the fundamental human rights and freedoms of all individuals in this country, including civilians. These rights include the right to life, personal liberty, and the dignity of human persons. The Ghana armed forces are responsible for protecting the territorial integrity of Ghana, and their actions are subject to the laws of the country. The use of force by the military is governed by the strict rules of engagements, and it is only allowed in specific circumstances, such as in the case of national security threats or during peacekeeping missions. Any soldier who beats or abuses a civilian in Ghana is commuting a crime and can face disciplinary actions, including dismissal from the military and prosecution in a court of law. Similarly, any civilian who engages in criminal behavior can also be arrested and prosecuted in accordance with the law. It is essential to note that Ghana is a democratic country and the rule of law prevails. The government and its security forces are committed to upholding the human rights of all individuals in the country.’ Most of the attacked civilians do not have the luxury to voice their opinions on social media, and despite that, the criminal acts of the rogue soldiers should not only pose a threat to the people of Ghana but also to every sector of our government. This attack on innocent civilians comes right after our alleged independence celebration. All participants should be disciplined. Read More Like This On Ghana Politics UPCOMING TOP EVENTS!
