With President Trump’s approval ratings trending upward with black voters in nearly every voter group, there is another enormous win for the GOP and Republican Party.
Rap legend Lil’ Wayne appears to have thrown his support behind President Donald Trump. While he came short of giving an actual “endorsement”, he said he had a good meeting in which Trump listened to his concerns and he can “get it done”.
“Just had a great meeting with President Trump. Besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done,” he tweeted.
Here’s the breaking tweet:

To date, America is filled with a lot of ‘Black Lives Matter’ protests. A movement started by distressed black people under the Obama democratic party US presidency after seeing unarmed black men being killed. Despite it starting under the Obama presidency, the Black Lives Matter is now an organisation heavily supporting the Democratic party and the LGBT community, of which protests sparked again closer to the US elections where the protests went international across seas, after the murder of George Floyd.
The unfortunate killings have resulted in many African Americans wanting a change of the American president allowing his opposition and media to paint him as a racist.
President Trump over the years has recently executed vital legislations that directly affect the African American communities for the better. Such as police reform, prison reform, opportunity zone, school choice and more. All the factors that open up avenues to escape the school to prison reality most black Americans encounter.
Trump has excelled past most of his Republican predecessors when it comes to obtaining the black vote. However, in 5 days before the US elections, there is no telling if Lil Wayne’s announcement and acknowledgement of Trump work will lead African Americans to acknowledge these objective efforts or if he will still remain under the banner of being a racist that needs to be removed.
