The organizers of the Miss Ghana pageants are fired up and angry with the past queens that took to GhanaCelebrities.com on the 17th of December to expose their ways of financially and sexually exploiting them (See The Full Story Here). The girls were Miss Ghana 2013 Guiseppina, 2014/15 Antoinette Kems and Stephanie who was a former queen prior to Exclusive Events Ghana Ltd take over of the pageant but was transferred to under the care of Inna Patty afterwards.
Inna Patty who was allegedly behind the acts extorting the girls for their money and encouraging them to participate in sexual act for money, has not yet made a public statement or response. However, she had her chance to face the public on air on the 18th of December on the Abeiku Santana show on Okay FM but apparently turned up very late and could no engage with the public, which seemed like a dodge to most.
A letter was made public on behalf of Miss Ghana which addressed the former queens and more. The letter threatens to take action against the queens stating – “Our clients will take the appropriate steps to vindicate their right and clear their good name”
In regards towards bloggers and media houses and general members of the public that published the allegations It further continues to state “In the Interim (between now and when they take action against the former queens involved), We are instructed to inform the general public, media houses – both print and electronic – and social media bloggers, to desist from the publication of the malicious and defamatory materials in circulation.”
The letter continued “Any publisher of these or similar matter shall be held fully responsible for them as we hold firm instructions from our clients to institute legal action against any such person to vindicate their names of our clients and to recover punitive damages for these publications.
