Over the weekend some models had their lives changed forever, simply for the matter information is key, and that is exactly what they got in return for their registration for the FCA Model Bootcamp held by top Ghanaian model and modelprenuer, Victoria Michaels.
The two-day grooming session took place over the weekend on Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd of October at the Alisa Hotel with over 100 models in attendance. Models attended a two-day seminar that prompted them on various essential aspects of their career from health, punctuality, model agencies, finances, self-investment, and more.
The models were attended to with talks from special guests and speaker Andiswa Manxiwa, a former model, a current fashion show producer, model scout, and model coach from South Africa. They were also attended to by another special guest and International Scout Deborah Joy Barnard.
Other speakers participated in the discussion such as Alexandrina of Alexandrina Make Up, renowned and popular South African photographer Reze Bona and many more.
However, the FCA Model Bootcamp was not a boring strain of constant sitting and listening, the models also had extra fun participating in runway walks, casting from the FCA Fashion Week, and other networking activities.
The reviews from various models have been extraordinary and exceptional. The session left many models filling the empty gaps that have been missing from their modeling experience and hopefully it will leave them well equipped with the preparation needed to drive themselves forward in a cutthroat industry.
